Harmony Kids Playhouse is a vibrant, fun and nurturing environment designed to help families connect and create lasting memories. Children ages 0 - 4 can immerse themselves in the joys of music and sensory play. Families will learn, play, and grow through a variety of curated programs, including music play & stay sessions, open-play hours, birthday celebrations. and community events.

What is baby jamz?

An engaging music class for infants aged 0 to 12 months (pre-walking stages). Experience sensory delights that strengthen the bond between you and your baby through dancing, swaying, and mat play that stimulates your child's senses and fosters security. Enjoy joyous tummy time with musical instruments and add wonder with bubbles and scarves. Connect with other parents, sharing experiences and support in this beautiful journey of parenthood. Class includes 30 minutes of music and 45 minutes of play in our Harmony Kids Playhouse.

What is kid jamz?

Step into the enchanting world of Kid Jamz, a music program for families and children ages 0 - 4 where music, dance, and educational tools unite for an unforgettable experience of non-stop bonding, learning, and pure fun. Children will engage in instrument play, bubbles, parachutes, singing and so much more! Afterward, enjoy 45 minutes of open play, where imaginations run wild in our bright, vibrant space. Kid Jamz is all about discovery, laughter, and the pure joy of exploration. Come jam with us and watch your child’s creativity soar!

What is open play?

Our 90-minute sessions offer your little one the perfect opportunity to explore our music and sensory play spaces. Designed for children aged 0 - 4, our open play sessions allow kids to dive into a world of discovery, where every sound, texture, and movement inspires endless fun and learning. Whether they're dancing to the beat, exploring sensory wonders, or making new friends, your child will love every moment in our vibrant and nurturing environment. Join us for open play!

parent/guardian policy

You are 100% responsible for your child(ren) at all times. Staff will be available to maintain the space and answer any client questions, as well as check-in guests for services. HKP Staff is not responsible for your child’s safety and behavior. Please Keep an eye on your child(ren) at all times. and be aware if they need a break or help navigating any challenges. If your toddler is attending classes where parents are not required to join, a parent must remain on premises while class is in session.

Shoe policy

To maintain HKP cleanliness and limit outside contaminants entering our space, we have a strict no shoe policy. All shoes must be placed in lockers at the entrance. Non-slip socks are required and can be brought from home or are available for purchase upon request. We also have shoe coverings available for those unable to remove their shoes.

Parking

Parallel to the space is Media’s Parking Garage with plenty of space for parking - located at the corner of Baltimore Ave and S. Olive street. Parking can also be found along the streets, both metered and free parking spots available.

CAN I BRING A Stroller?

Harmony Kids Playhouse has a limited amount of stroller parking available inside the building in the space entrance and the building common space hallway. We strongly encourage you to use a fold up/umbrella stroller if needed or no stroller when possible.

wHAT IS YOUR ACCESSIBILITY LIKE?

Our ultimate goal is to accommodate the needs of everyone who would like to visit us. We regret that some areas or play structures in the building may not be accessible to every guest and bathrooms currently are not ADA Compliant. We have many systems in place to assist with accessibility throughout the space. We are here to ensure everyone have a great experience at HKP.

personal belongings

We will provide you with a closed locker and optional key to lock your belongings We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. If you believe you may have lost something in our space, please contact us so we can keep a log of your missed item. Any unclaimed missing items will be donated periodically to the Free Store in Media.

sick policy

If your child(ren) is sick, contagious or showing other symptoms of illness please do not bring them to Harmony Kids Playhouse. If your child is home sick from school please do not bring them into HKP. Remember that standard procedure calls for a 24 hours fever free once the fever breaks - without the aid of medication. Please make sure your child is fully recovered before bringing them into Harmony Kids Playhouse. We have children as young as 3 months old who will be enjoying the space, so its important to consider everyones safety and health. For you convenience, all classes can be canceled and rescheduled so you do not lose your playtime!

Large Groups,  Events and Birthday Party Requests

For large groups or private events, please contact us via phone at 215-337-3348 or via email info@harmonykidsplayhouse.com to determine pricing and accommodations. All Birthday Party requests can be booked directly online and a party captain will be in touch to discuss your party details. Birthday parties are only offered on the weekends. If you have a birthday party you are trying to book on a different day/time that is currently offered, please reach out via email to see if your request can be met.

Holidays, special events & closings

Harmony Kids Playhouse is open 7 days a week but will occasionally adjust our schedule due to holidays, inclement weather, unexpected circumstances or special events. Please check our website to verify we are open before visiting. HKP will also communicate any schedule changes to our clients via social media platforms and email lists.
